We have a dedicated staff in each department. Our departments are made up of customer service representatives who handle any questions you have about your order, administrative staff members who handle the ordering and delivery of your home kit; and a drafting department that is made up of several drafting experts with architectural backgrounds as well as a registered and licensed architect. The combination of these departments will give you the piece of mind you need when building your modular home.

We also offer 100% owner build financing through affiliate companies (see financing section of the website) this allows you, the buyer, to finance 100% of the cost of building the home, something that is not available though many home kit companies. This allows you to get financing while still being your own general contractor.
