Stamped Architectural Drawings

If our standard shop drawings are not sufficient to obtain a building permit and build your home then we can also provide a complete set of stamped architectural drawings if your local code requires the seal of a professional. Such areas include the earthquake prone regions of California and the Pacific Coast, hurricane risk areas of Florida as well as both the Gulf and Carolina Coasts. Parts of New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Illinois and Virginia may also require review by a professional. If you are building in such an area, then the engineer will provide additional documentation such as energy calculations and any other relative information the building department specifies. We guarantee that the drawings we provide will pass code no matter the location. The drawing package includes site plan, floor plans, elevations, framing plans, electrical and piping layouts, wall sections, header load tables, sealed truss design packets, panel count and layout, and any other drawings necessary for construction. You will receive Four (4) sets of drawings plotted on 24"x36" bright white bond paper at ¼" = 1'-0" scale; One (1) for your builder, two (2) for the building department, and one (1) for your own records.

*Remember, our standard shop drawings are not full architectural drawings and do not come with a professional seal. We have business partnerships with engineers licensed in states all over the country, and your building department may not give you a permit without professional approval. If you need these services, inform us immediately so that we may begin processing your information. There also may be additional information that you will have to provide, such as; a site survey, soil test, and zoning ordinances. In some jurisdictions only an architects' seal is acceptable (In this case if our architects are not registered in your state, your plans will have to be created and stamped locally.)
