Step 1
Pour a simple foundation (such as the footer shown above).
Home can be installed on either a slab, a basement or
a crawlspace, the choice is up to the homeowner!
Step 2
Once your foundation is complete you install your floor
joists and sub-floor decking
Step 3
Next, wall panels are installed (usually completed in
about half a day with a crew of about 3-4 people)
Step 4
Wall panels are easy to install as each 4'x 8' x 6 5/8"
panel weighs only 125 lbs
Step 5
Panels fit together almost like a puzzle with 3"x 5
1/2" thermal splines placed in between
Step 6
Here, walls are about 60% completed
Step 7
Door openings are easily cut into the panels using the
Prazi Beam Cutting tool (Included with every kit-see
"About our kits" page
Step 8
Foam is scooped out of window openings easily using
an electric hot-wire foam cutting tool (included with
every kit-see "About our kits"
page)
Step 9
Windows are installed after openings are cut
Step 10
After walls are put in place, the roof system is installed
Step 11
Windows are installed after openings are cut
Step 12
The house is complete, this customer chose a beautiful
siding, however you can use any type of exterior finish
(Brick, stucco, wood etc.)
